Hear From Our Community

During my internship at Kashvi, I saw how education is opening doors to independence and employment for women. From regaining confidence through financial literacy to completing 10th and 12th studies (NIOS), they are being equipped with skills that truly matter in daily life.
What inspired me most was Kashvi’s effort to go beyond classrooms by creating livelihood opportunities and supporting business setups, enabling women to stand on their own feet. These initiatives are not just about learning, but about shaping brighter futures and sustainable careers.

As an intern at Kashvi, I witnessed how vocational training can spark real change. Women and young learners, many of whom had missed out on schooling, were now gaining skills in areas like computer training and financial literacy. What struck me most was their growing confidence to handle banking independently, express themselves, and pursue new opportunities.
The dedication of trainers and the determination of students travelling long distances to learn showed me that Disha is not just about skills, but about building independence, dignity, and hope for the future.
