Why should women who had to drop out of school be left behind in the narrative of progress?
No woman should be left out of the future because of her past.
Education is a right, not a privilege, yet many women are pushed to the margins by early marriage, poverty, caregiving, or social expectations. These disruptions may have paused their schooling, but not their potential. At Kashvi, we help women and adolescent girls reclaim agency and rebuild their futures through foundational literacy, academic pathways, life skills, vocational training, and livelihood opportunities.
Our work goes beyond learning. It’s about building voice, confidence, and decision-making power. It’s about ensuring women have the tools to not only earn, but to shape the direction of their own lives.
Kashvi doesn’t offer second chances, it restores rightful opportunities. Because when women have access, agency, and avenues to grow, entire communities transform.
True progress is inclusive. Every woman’s future matters, no matter her past.

About The Program
Kashvi is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering girls aged 15 and above and women who have previously stepped away from formal education. The programme supports participants in building basic literacy, completing their Grade 10 and Grade 12 education, and strengthening life skills that nurture confidence, decision-making, and self-reliance.
Kashvi focuses on building agency by helping women trust their abilities, navigate daily challenges, and make informed choices for themselves and their families. Alongside educational support, Kashvi integrates vocational training and livelihood pathways, creating meaningful opportunities for income generation. By combining learning, life skills development, and livelihood linkages, Kashvi equips women to reclaim control over their futures and actively contribute to their communities.
